On December 4, 2024, Everest Medicines (HKEX 1952.HK), a partner of Suzhou Evopoint Biosciences Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Evopoint" or "the company"), reported positive interim results of a phase 1b/2a clinical trial for EVER001 capsule (XNW1011), a globally licensed pipeline product, in the treatment of primary membranous nephropathy (pMN). In September 2021, Evopoint granted global development, manufacturing, and commercialization rights for their novel covalent reversible BTK inhibitor XNW1011 in the field of renal diseases to Everest Medicines.
